Unfortunately, due to problems with the building we were due to move into we have been unable to go ahead with FRED at the moment.

We're still keeping an eye out for suitable spaces in the local area, so please do get in touch if you're looking for space in future, or if you have a space to suggest or know of one becoming available.

FRED is a new office space opening August 2007 in East Dulwich for freelancers and small companies who want a friendly and creative space to work, without having to travel into the city.

The space is formed of three inter-connecting office rooms, plus a large shared storage room, a kitchen and loo. We also have a lovely private courtyard garden for sunny tea breaks.

Costs aren't yet fixed and will depend on the amount of space you need. It's likely to be around £300-350 per desk, per month, but this will be confirmed, and as we're a social enterprise, we're keeping the costs down as much as possible. The monthly fee will include all utilities and broadband, but phone costs will be up to each individual/company.
